Prepping our invitations
With Nordic Game being Scandinavia’s biggest games conference, we thought it would be the perfect chance to start spreading the word about The Jörniverse!
As we’re super creative hands-on people, we thought the best way to do this would be to make lots of unique invitation scrolls to hand out at the event.
It took some time, but it was quite cozy prepping a massive stack of these!
For us, it was important that each invite felt personal, so we made sure to unqiuely coffee stain, burn, stamp, and sign each of them!

Malmö & Nordic Game

Em & Harry journeyed down to Malmö for Nordic Game, which is on the opposite side of Sweden (the South!
Along the way we stayed at a place that had converted old circus wagons into airbnb places.. that was pretty cool.
Nordic Game is always a great event, and it was lovely to meet new devs and have catch-ups with old friends!
Harry was also helping out with the Spelkollektivet stage by prepping some of the speakers, announcing talks, and hosting Q&As.
It was nice to lend a hand!
And.. most importantly.. we played a lot of indie games and handed out a bunch of invite scrolls!
Spelkollektivet Visit
After Nordic, we decided to have a short stay at Spelkollektivet.
It was fantastic to meet all the indie devs there and to see how this whole co-working/ co-living idea could look like in practice.
We both had a great time there and had lots of good memories! Harry even got his face on the wall.
